Ask.com - Contextual advertising on IAC-owned sites

How will Ask.com differentiate from tough competitors such as Yahoo and Google? They intend to step up the competition by adding contextual advertising.  Their ad displays will be customizable with the ability to select either a lower or higher priced ad. 
 
The service will debut on IAC sites like Ticketmaster.com.  Once they have released the service other "trusted" third-party publishers can join in. Advertisers that already use Ask.com can just add this feature to their service.  Advertisers will be able to preview the system before it goes live in mid-May.
