OK...for those of you that are interested in WiMax deployment here is an update...
Spanish operator Codium Networks, an independent integrator of WiMax-driven network solutions is going to use Navini Networks equipment to deploy a broadband wireless network in Spain.

We all know that WiMax technology has arrived-however- is it a viable solution. In specific, WiMax network deployment progress and it's overall profitability must be balanced for it to be catapulted into mainstream use. Areas that are key points to watch are keeping down subscriber fees, hardware and installation costs . This will be hard for the providers as the adoption rate is still moderate -so profits won't be seen in the early stages of it's rollout.

The key to WiMax mass adoption is the reliability of the service, ease of installaton and lower subscriber costs.
