Viacom is Suing Google - Attempt to set YouTube back a notch

Viacom claims that YouTube is not eligible for Digital Millennium Copyright Act

Google says YouTube is protected by the 1998 Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Viacom's claim that because Google has prior knowledge of infringing material and that they are profiting from pirated (stolen) works - YouTube is not compliant to the DMCA efforts and law.  We will wait to see the ripple effect....
