Amp'd Mobile and Verizon - Amp'd is trying to settle lawsuits during chapter 11

Amp'd Mobile has a settlement hearing, regarding Verizon Wireless, set in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, DE.

If settled, Amp'd Mobile will continue operations on the Verizon Wireless network as they go through Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

The reported terms of the agreement allows Amp'd to access Verizon's network. In this proposed deal, Amp'd will have to drop the lawsuit it filed when Verizon went into default on their wholesale agreement on May 22.

Amp'd Mobile supposidly owes Verizon a whopping $33 million for
network access and services.
