Google trying to block Microsoft's buy of Yahoo!

Reports claim that Google is trying to thwart the purchase of Yahoo! by Microsoft. Placing calls into AOL and even the heads at Yahoo! to see what could be done to fend of the Microsoft giant.

Google could attempt to buy them - but that would be an uphill battle with anti-trust laws. We will have to wait and see how creative these players will get.
