GXS and Invois Intent to Merge

Per the GXS website - On December 8, 2009, GXS and Inovis announced that they have signed a definitive agreement to merge. The combined company creates a global leader of B2B e-commerce services, providing customers with international reach and end-to-end capabilities in B2B integration software and services.

The merger is expected to close in the first half of 2010. During this period, each company will operate independently, “business-as-usual”, and all services and solutions will continue to be supported.
