Arrested for "Hacking" a WiFi hotspot?

A Michigan man was arrested and charged for "hacking" recently. He was accused of stealing open WiFi access by using a local Cafe's Wi-Fi connection from his car. Not sure if it was for 5-10 minutes or if he did this every day?

Wow-So I guess the Café should have stated on a NEON sign- if you use our WiFi for over 10 minutes without buying our breakfast special-you are stealing and will be prosecuted.

Maybe crime was slow in this town?In any case, watch out if you roam and get a free WiFi Hotspot in Michigan. @;-)

Jamie"s MOTTO.....

Don't follow the path that is already there....go instead where there is no path....and leave a trail....

This trail is a part of a long journey .....
