Intels Virtual Logic - Improves VoIP performance

Intel has been demoing a technology called Virtual Logic.

The goal of the technology is to decrease poor performance associated with services such as VoIP calls using a MID (Mobile Internet Device) or UMPC.

The current problem- while on a VoIP call your device or PC freezes. You then have to reboot and you lose your live call.

Recently Intel demoed the technology with a VoIP call running.
They crashed the main OS and restarted the PC while the VoIP call never dropped! Very cool and this is much needed for VoIP sector.
