ROK Entertainment buys Jalipo Media Limited

Jalipo Media Limited is an online TV and video marketplace that lets content developers  distribute their channels. This includes video-on-demand and live events that are delivered to viewers via the web. ROK Entertainment, a global mobile entertainment group, announced the acquisition stating that Jalipo broadens their offering fitting in nicely with ROKs live and on-demand mobile broadcast technologies. The deal - ROK will acquire 100 percent of Jalipo's issued and to-be-issued share capital for total consideration of 600,000 ordinary shares or around $16.8 million.
